18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

ChaseMe is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 regarding record-keeping requirements for producers of actual sexually explicit content.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Age Verification Requirements

All content creators ("Performers") who upload or appear in sexually explicit content on ChaseMe are required to verify that they are at least 18 years of age. ChaseMe maintains compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

2. Identity and Age Verification Process

Before any creator can upload content to ChaseMe, they must complete our verification process which includes:

• Government-Issued ID Verification: Submission of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
• Selfie Verification: A real-time selfie matched against the submitted ID using biometric verification technology
• Age Confirmation: Verification that the individual is at least 18 years of age at the time of content creation
• Identity Confirmation: Verification that the person submitting content is the same person depicted in the content

3. Record Keeping

ChaseMe maintains records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. For each performer depicted in sexually explicit content, we maintain:

• Legal name and date of birth
• Any aliases or stage names used
• Copy of age-verifying identification document
• Date of content creation or upload
• Verification that the performer was at least 18 years of age at time of content creation

4. Custodian of Records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 are maintained by the Custodian of Records at:

Records are available for inspection by the Attorney General during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

5. Content Producer Responsibilities

Creators (content producers) who upload sexually explicit content to ChaseMe are responsible for:

• Ensuring all performers depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age
• Obtaining and maintaining age verification records for all performers
• Providing accurate information during the verification process
• Maintaining their own records as required by law

6. Third-Party Content

ChaseMe does not produce primary content. All content is uploaded by registered, verified creators. Each creator is responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 for content they produce. ChaseMe acts as a secondary producer by hosting and distributing creator content.

7. Performer Consent

All performers appearing in content on ChaseMe must provide verified consent. Creators must confirm that all individuals depicted in their content have:

• Provided explicit consent to appear in the content
• Consented to the content being distributed on ChaseMe
• Are at least 18 years of age

8. Prohibited Content

ChaseMe strictly prohibits any content depicting individuals under 18 years of age in any context. Any suspected violations should be reported immediately to safety@chaseme.app.

Reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

9. Verification Technology

ChaseMe employs industry-leading identity verification technology to ensure compliance, including:

• Document authentication and fraud detection
• Biometric facial matching
• Age estimation AI as an additional safeguard
• Ongoing monitoring and re-verification as needed
