Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, enter your email and choose a password. Verify your email address to activate your account.

How do I become a creator?

After creating an account, go to Settings > Become a Creator. You'll need to complete identity verification with a valid government ID.

What are the age requirements?

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChaseMe. Creators must verify their age during the verification process.

Payments & Wallet

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Go to Wallet > Deposit. We accept cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Copy the deposit address and send funds from your crypto wallet.

How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits require 12 network confirmations, typically 1-5 minutes for USDT TRC20.

How do creators get paid?

Creators earn 80% of all purchases. Earnings are available in your wallet and can be withdrawn via cryptocurrency.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Subscriptions & Content

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe to a creator to access their exclusive content. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

What is PPV content?

Pay-Per-View content is premium content that requires a one-time purchase. Once purchased, you have permanent access.

Can I get a refund?

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable. Contact support for issues with inaccessible content.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to your Subscriptions page, find the creator, and click "Cancel Subscription". Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Account & Privacy

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security > Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.

Is my activity private?

Yes, your subscriptions and purchases are private. Only you can see what creators you subscribe to.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can creators see who subscribed?

Creators can see subscriber usernames but not personal details like email or payment information.

Safety & Reporting

How do I report content?

Click the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select "Report". Choose the reason and submit.

What content is prohibited?

Content involving minors, non-consent, violence, illegal activities, and trafficking is strictly prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

How do I block someone?

Go to their profile, click the three-dot menu, and select "Block". They won't be able to message you or see your content.
