Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using ChaseMe. All users must comply with this policy to maintain a safe and respectful community.

1. Overview

ChaseMe is an adult content subscription platform that allows creators to share content with their subscribers. While we support freedom of expression for adults, we maintain strict standards to ensure safety, legality, and respect for all users.

2. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ChaseMe
  • All individuals depicted in content must be at least 18 years old
  • Creators must verify their age and identity before posting content
  • Any content suggesting minors is strictly prohibited

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

3.1 Content Involving Minors

  • Any sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - reported to NCMEC

3.2 Non-Consensual Content

  • Content shared without the consent of all depicted individuals
  • "Revenge porn" or intimate images shared without permission
  • Hidden camera or secretly recorded content
  • Deepfakes or AI-generated content of real people without consent

3.3 Violence and Harm

  • Content depicting real violence, abuse, or torture
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Gore or graphic violence
  • Content promoting violence against any group or individual

3.4 Exploitation and Trafficking

  • Human trafficking or sexual exploitation
  • Prostitution or escort services
  • Content produced under coercion or duress
  • Any form of sexual slavery or forced labor

3.5 Illegal Content

  • Content depicting illegal activities
  • Bestiality or content involving animals
  • Incest (real or presented as real)
  • Drug manufacturing or distribution
  • Weapons or explosives manufacturing

3.6 Deceptive Content

  • Impersonation of other individuals
  • False claims of identity or affiliation
  • Scams or fraudulent schemes
  • Misleading content designed to deceive users

4. Restricted Content (Allowed with Conditions)

The following content is allowed only under specific conditions:

4.1 BDSM and Kink Content

  • Must involve consenting adults
  • Must not depict actual harm or injury
  • Must include clear context that it is consensual roleplay
  • Must not simulate non-consent in a way that could be mistaken for reality

4.2 Roleplay and Fantasy

  • Must clearly be fictional/fantasy
  • Must not involve age-play or infantilization
  • Must not simulate illegal activities
  • All participants must be verified adults

5. Prohibited Behaviors

5.1 Harassment and Abuse

  • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of other users
  • Targeted hate speech based on protected characteristics
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
  • Stalking or obsessive contact

5.2 Financial Violations

  • Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Money laundering or financial crimes
  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
  • Unauthorized resale of content

5.3 Platform Manipulation

  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
  • Using bots or automated tools
  • Artificially inflating metrics or engagement
  • Circumventing platform restrictions

5.4 External Solicitation

  • Soliciting users to transact outside the platform
  • Advertising competing services
  • Sharing links to illegal content

6. Content Moderation

ChaseMe employs a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce this policy:

  • Automated scanning for prohibited content
  • User reports reviewed by trained moderators
  • Proactive monitoring for policy violations
  • Regular audits of high-risk content

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and content removal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@chaseme.app. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

10. Updates

We may update this policy to address new issues or clarify existing rules. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of ChaseMe after updates constitutes acceptance.
