Contract Between Fan and Creator

This document outlines the standard terms governing the relationship between Fans (subscribers/purchasers) and Creators (content providers) on the ChaseMe platform.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

When a Fan subscribes to a Creator, purchases pay-per-view content, sends a tip, or otherwise engages in a paid transaction with a Creator on ChaseMe, a direct contractual relationship is formed between the Fan and the Creator, subject to the terms below.

ChaseMe acts as an intermediary platform facilitating this relationship but is not a party to the contract between Fan and Creator.

2. Definitions

  • "Fan" means any user who pays for access to Creator content
  • "Creator" means any verified user who posts content for monetization
  • "Content" means any photos, videos, text, or other media posted by Creators
  • "Subscription" means recurring access to a Creator's content for a set fee
  • "PPV" means pay-per-view content purchased for one-time access
  • "Tip" means a voluntary payment from Fan to Creator

3. Nature of the Relationship

3.1 Independent Contractors

Creators are independent content providers, not employees of ChaseMe. The relationship between Fan and Creator is that of a consumer and independent service provider.

3.2 Platform Role

ChaseMe provides the technology platform, payment processing, and infrastructure to facilitate transactions. ChaseMe does not:

  • Control or direct Creator content (beyond policy compliance)
  • Guarantee specific content or posting frequency
  • Mediate disputes beyond platform policy violations

4. Creator Obligations

By offering content for sale, Creators agree to:

4.1 Content Delivery

  • Provide access to promised content upon payment
  • Maintain reasonable posting consistency for subscribers
  • Accurately represent content before purchase
  • Not delete purchased content without reasonable cause

4.2 Content Standards

  • Ensure all content complies with ChaseMe policies
  • Have rights to all content posted
  • Verify consent of all individuals depicted
  • Not post deceptive or misleading content

4.3 Professional Conduct

  • Treat Fans with respect
  • Respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe (if messaging is offered)
  • Not harass, discriminate against, or abuse Fans
  • Honor any specific promises made to Fans

5. Fan Obligations

By purchasing content or subscribing, Fans agree to:

5.1 Payment

  • Pay agreed prices for content and subscriptions
  • Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
  • Use only authorized payment methods

5.2 Content Use

  • Access content for personal use only
  • Not redistribute, share, or sell Creator content
  • Not record, screenshot, or capture content for sharing
  • Not use content commercially without permission

5.3 Conduct

  • Treat Creators with respect
  • Not harass, stalk, or abuse Creators
  • Respect Creator boundaries
  • Not attempt to contact Creators outside the platform

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions grant access to Creator's subscription content
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Creators may change subscription prices (existing subscribers keep their rate until cancellation)
  • Subscription does not guarantee any specific content or frequency

6.2 Cancellation

  • Fans may cancel subscriptions at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Pay-Per-View Content

7.1 PPV Terms

  • PPV purchase grants permanent access to specific content
  • Access may be revoked if Fan violates policies
  • Content is sold "as is" based on preview/description

7.2 No Refunds

PPV purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Content was fundamentally different from description
  • Technical issues prevented access
  • Content was removed by ChaseMe for policy violations

8. Tips and Voluntary Payments

  • Tips are voluntary gifts with no expectation of return
  • Tips are non-refundable
  • Tips do not create additional obligations for Creators

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Creator Rights

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their content. Payment grants Fans a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal viewing only.

9.2 Infringement

Unauthorized distribution of Creator content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Legal action by the Creator
  • Statutory damages under copyright law

10. Disputes

10.1 Between Fan and Creator

Disputes between Fans and Creators regarding content or services should first be addressed directly between the parties. ChaseMe may assist with mediation for policy-related issues.

10.2 Platform Involvement

ChaseMe will intervene in disputes when:

  • Platform policies are violated
  • Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
  • Payment issues require platform action

11. Limitation of Liability

Neither ChaseMe nor Creators shall be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific transaction

12. Changes to Terms

This contract may be updated to reflect changes in law or platform policies. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
