Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ChaseMe.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChaseMe ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChaseMe Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use ChaseMe:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform

By using ChaseMe, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Creator Verification

Creators must complete identity verification, including government-issued ID verification and age confirmation, before posting content. This is required for compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post on ChaseMe. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
  • All individuals depicted are at least 18 years old and have consented
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy

4.3 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Content depicting minors in any context
  • Non-consensual content or "revenge porn"
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
  • Content involving human trafficking or exploitation
  • Bestiality or content involving animals
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Spam, malware, or deceptive content

5. Financial Terms

5.1 Creator Earnings

Creators earn 80% of all revenue generated from subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips, and paid messages. ChaseMe retains 20% as a platform fee.

5.2 Wallet and Payments

Users may fund their wallet using supported payment methods, including cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All wallet transactions are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5.3 Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency, including price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. ChaseMe is not responsible for losses due to cryptocurrency market conditions or blockchain network issues.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings or purchases. Creators are independent contractors and must comply with tax reporting requirements in their jurisdiction.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

6.1 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6.2 Pay-Per-View Content

PPV purchases grant you access to specific content. Access is non-transferable and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The ChaseMe name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Creators may request payout of earned funds according to our payout policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHASEME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChaseMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
