  • Biometric verification confirms the person uploading is the ID holder
  • Age verification ensures all creators are 18+
  • Re-verification is required periodically

4.2 Consent Verification

  • Creators confirm they are posting content voluntarily
  • All individuals in content must be verified and consenting
  • Warning signs of coercion trigger additional review

4.3 Content Monitoring

  • Automated detection of trafficking indicators
  • Human review of flagged content
  • Monitoring for patterns suggesting exploitation
  • Behavioral analysis for signs of coercion

4.4 Financial Monitoring

  • Creators receive payments directly to verified accounts
  • Monitoring for third-party control of earnings
  • Detection of suspicious transaction patterns
  • Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations

5. Detection and Response

5.1 Red Flags We Monitor

  • Third parties controlling a creator's account or earnings
  • Signs of physical abuse or coercion in content
  • Scripted or coerced-sounding communications
  • Multiple accounts operated by the same individual/organization
  • Unusual patterns in content production or posting
  • Indicators of minors despite age verification

5.2 Response Protocol

When potential trafficking or exploitation is identified:

  1. Content is immediately removed and account suspended
  2. Case is escalated to our safety team for investigation
  3. Law enforcement is notified when required or appropriate
  4. Reports are filed with NCMEC for any suspected child exploitation
  5. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
